In tandem, OSBs will need to evolve for sustainability and revival from stagnant traditional Supply Base Models. The changing role of OSBs is toward support services for decommissioning projects and LNG Floating Terminals. In addition, the new geographical regions of East and South Africa are coming up at a faster pace. All such operations are dependent upon a complex network of transport and supply in order to deliver the staff, materials, machinery, and crew provisions where and when needed.</p>
<p>This 3 full-day course is curated to enhance the skills and competencies of passionate professionals to plan and organise resources, minimise turnaround time for the vessels engaged in support of Offshore E &amp; P operations. Various hands-on exercises can equip the participants to implement viable and feasible approaches for safe and efficient management of OSBs in compliance with continuously evolving international best practices and Oil &amp; Gas standards.</p>

Laura is a huge fan of Mick Herron&rsquo;s Jackson Lamb, Richard Osman&rsquo;s <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Thursday Murder Club</em> cast and Lynda La Plante&rsquo;s Jane Tennison. She would really love to see more strong, memorable women in crime. In bookclub fiction, voices that have stayed with her are Adduni in <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The Girl With The Louding Voice</em>, Cyril in <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The Heart&rsquo;s Invisible Furies</em> and Molly in <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The Maid</em>. Laura studied law at university and spent over 20 years at Virgin Atlantic which allowed her to indulge her passion for reading whilst travelling.
On deciding to pursue a career in publishing, Laura joined the Darley Anderson Agency where she worked across the Women’s Fiction list, reading submissions, handling contracts and supporting authors on their path to publication and beyond.

She would really love to see more strong, memorable women in crime. In bookclub fiction, voices that have stayed with her are Adduni in The Girl With The Louding Voice, Cyril in The Heart’s Invisible Furies and Molly in The Maid. Recently, Kitty in How To Kill Men and Get Away With It had Laura secretly rooting for her serial killer antics.

The Supreme Court judgment in Re JB added new layers of complexity, requiring that a person must be able to understand that the other person needs to consent and can withdraw that consent. While this has been welcomed for asserting the importance of the interpersonal dynamics of sex, it has significant implications for practice and for the day-to-day lives of people with cognitive impairments. We will give an overview of what prompted the collection, and reflect on the themes that emerge through the chapters. We will also reflect on how law has developed since the decision in Re JB and some of the remaining problems this poses. &nbsp;</p>
