There are many things which might cause us humans to go asleep to parts of our lives. Overwhelm, grief, a difficult situation, or a need to conserve energy, are all experiences that make shutting down or withdrawing from life an important survival strategy.
In this session we celebrate the wisdom of psyche and Soul that knows when its needs are protection and rest. And the things we will need to coax ourselves gently towards new avenues of life force, already potential curled up within ourselves. 
Supported by the practices of breathwork, deep-mapping with imagery, and Enneagram wisdom teachings, we will follow Sleeping Beauty's journey, deep in the forest, and allow our intuitive creativity to offer us mirrors and maps for connecting with our own deeper layers of self.
