EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, often known as Tapping, is a cutting-edge therapeutic skill dating from the 1990s that many therapists are learning. The reason is twofold: 1. The relatively fast, thorough, and long-lasting results – 2. The client is empowered with an easy to use self-help should they wish to use it in-between sessions.
