This qualification is for people who deal with first aid at work. Enabling them to be workplace first aiders under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This qualification is also for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities. This will allow them to provide basic first aid to people in a range of situations. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pre-requisites Students must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training. Students must be in possession of an in date First Aid at Work Certificate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Assessment and Certifications Assessment of this course is continuous and includes two theory/multiple choice question papers. Successful students will receive an Immerse Training Certificate, which is valid for three years. The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those wishing to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. Throughout this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including administering CPR, using a defibrillator, dealing with wounds and bleeding, minor injuries and more.

QA First Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) Re-qualification This 2 day, onsite course starts at £100 per person for a full course of 12 learners. Individuals can book at £120 per person with a minimum of 4 learners on the course. Prices include learner registration, QA e-certification, CPR faceshields and course reference booklet.

QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) This 1 day, onsite course starts at £64 per person for a full course of 12 learners. Individuals can book at £85 per person on an 'Open' course at our training Centre. There is No VAT, Prices include learner registration, QA e-certification, CPR faceshield and course reference booklet.

QA First Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) Annual refresher This half day, onsite course starts at £40 per person for a full course of 12 learners. Individuals can book at £50 per person with a minimum of 4 learners on the course. Prices include learner registration, QA e-certification, CPR faceshields and course reference booklet.

Our First Aid At Work Requalification Course is intended for anybody who has previously completed a First Aid At Work Course and whose certification is about to expire. This training will refresh your understanding of first aid, whilst also giving you the confidence to respond appropriately in an emergency situation.

This qualification is valid for 3 years although HSE guidelines state that employers should ensure their first aiders remain competent to perform their role. As such, it is strongly recommended that first aiders undertake annual refresher training to practise their skills and update their knowledge on the latest first aid procedures. To qualify for a 2 day refresher course candidates must have an in date Level 3 First Aid At Work qualification.
