Welcome to Louise Anne Designs!   I am Louise and I began my journey into Silver Metal clay whilst running a pottery studio and soon became hooked! The magic of turning a piece of clay into a solid piece of Hallmark Silver never fails to amaze me and I love sharing this with my students and helping them create a lovely piece of jewellery that they can wear proudly home makes my job the best. I hold a Higher Diploma in Silver Metal Clay and am a senior metal clay instructor and glass teacher. I have been teaching for over ten years running classes from my studio in Market Bosworth and many jewellery schools and galleries all around the Midlands area. I am a member of The Guild of Jewellers and am on the education committee of the alliance of metal clay. I also hold a Gold student choice award. One of my proudest moments was visiting Tokyo and seeing one of my pieces displayed in the Silver Accessories Exhibition. Vikings of Middle England is a Viking Re-enactment, Historical Entertainment and Living History group based in Leicester, United Kingdom (UK). We perform at events to audiences across the country, showing the struggles and victories of our Viking, Anglo-Saxon and Norman ancestors. Made up of volunteer members, we provide spectacularly visceral combat displays, dramatic acted scenarios and an extensive 'living history' encampment that breathes as craftsmen and women go about their business.
