Then you'll mould a small object of your choosing to turn into a charm. Lastly, you will form a pendant or charm and learn how to add texture and a gemstone. Our instructor, Louise, is fully qualified as a senior tutor and holds an Art Clay Higher Diploma and has been teaching jewellery making for over ten years. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced jeweller, Louise is on hand to help you create your own cabochon design from silver clay. You'll be guided by Louise to help you make your own pieces for you to treasure and take away! Jo founded The Environment Coach Ltd in 2018 as a vehicle to bring together a number of techniques in which she had qualified, including Mindfulness, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy and Reiki. The aim of the business is to support others looking to break free from the stress, anxiety, self doubt and associated coping mechanisms that all too often cause even more problems than the relief they were believed to provide. During 20 years serving in the Royal Air Force and specialising in the Human Resources areas, Jo saw first hand the effects of prolonged exposure to stressful situations. Looking for ways to proactively combat the debilitating effects this could have on individuals and families, she embarked on research into a variety of different practices, each of which claimed to help alleviate the suffering of both individuals and those closest to them. Now, 30 years into that research, and using herself as her own laboratory as well as working with many others, Jo has identified many of the features these systems have in common and the most effective ways to break free from the negativity aspects of the stress cycle.
