This half-day course provides an introduction to promote mental health awareness in the workplace for all employees. Group activities are designed to encourage and empower individuals to prioritise their mental wellbeing and recognise signs of mental ill health in both themselves and others. The session emphasises the importance of mental wellbeing conversations, self-care and how to access further support.

'An Introduction to Frame Loom Weaving' is a self-paced online course which will teach you everything you need to know to get set up and weaving from the comfort of your home. The course will guide you through materials and equipment, how to set up your loom for weaving, basic weaving techniques including techniques for creating texture, finishing and trouble shooting. On enrolment you gain lifetime access to the course.

There are many risks associated with working in isolation, without the support of colleagues. These risks can include accidents and violence. This course acts as an introduction to personal safety for lone workers and applies to those that work alone within business premises, mobile workers and homeworkers. It covers the legal responsibilities of both employers and employees, some of the common security precautions that can be implemented, practical steps you can take to avoid conflict in lone worker situations and other elements that can contribute to lone worker safe
