Some wise heads If you want to develop yourself, your organisation or your community, you are in the right place. We help people to reach their true potential (e.g. better lives & better leaders); help organisations – through the prism of diversity - to be more effective with better outcomes; and to help communities by advancing and sharing good practice in international development. We have been fortunate to have colleagues who have worked in great organisations that have taught us how to analyse, review and advise others. It is these tools we continue to build on to help others. The power of diversity and travel - We have been very lucky to have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, USA, Africa and the Caribbean / Latin America. It has given us the opportunity to see the universality of human desire to advance themselves; and that exploring new ideas can change your perspective and beliefs. Our Vision - to help individuals, organisations and communities to advance themselves, even if it means questioning the strong beliefs, we all hold. We will continue to challenge our beliefs and the beliefs of others so long as they hold us back from making progress as a global human family. Our Mission - to help millions of people worldwide, to lift themselves out of their ‘humdrum’ of daily life, to achieve their dreams that were often beaten out of them by ‘life’ experiences and ‘negative people’. Our values - Hard Work; Integrity; Gratitude; Family; Hope & Dignity; Love; and Fun. Hope - I believe in the power of hope. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work towards achieving their dreams. “Without hope, there is no future, just survival!”

We work with individuals and teams to create a shift in their beliefs and attitudes towards their role in your business or organisation. This allows us to deliver rapid, radical and positive change, with delegates feeling committed, empowered and confident in their role in your business. We deliver our training courses, coaching and consultancy services globally and customise each programme according to your business’s specific goals, culture and objectives. We work in partnership with you to help you succeed. Why delegates love our courses Delegates always comment that our courses are engaging, motivational and most importantly based on tried and tested real world application NOT text book theory. Our programmes stand out because they are highly interactive - we want people to apply the knowledge on the course itself, to experiment and adapt any new insights in a safe environment, to see if it would work within their industry or company. We design simulations with them to test our methods out before it is applied in their ‘live’ environment. This gives them the satisfaction and confidence to apply the learning and pro-actively come up with new ideas that will help them and their organisations to deliver the best to their clients and stakeholders.

I cut my teeth in big business managing multi-million marketing budgets, and did everything from hiring celebrities such as Jamie Oliver for a product launch to managing multiple PR agencies across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). But despite the budgets and the glamour, I wasn't happy...So in 2005 I left corporate and set up my own marketing agency, Page Marketing, so I could work with passionate owners of start-ups and SME’s, helping them to realise their visions and grow using simple, yet powerful marketing strategies. But it wasn't plain sailing I can tell you! I experienced all of the setbacks and barriers you can imagine - including a personal health crisis and the 2008 financial crash. But sometimes at our worst times, comes our greatest growth as an entrepreneur. Understanding the importance of personal development was a complete game changer. I then went on to successfully build a team, serve hundreds of businesses, earn my dream income, while only working part-time. Enabling me time to volunteer for the Cherie Blair Foundation. Then a few years ago when I took a step back to have my two amazing girls, I realised something profound... I was ready for a pivot. I realised that my favourite part of my business was mentoring and I also wanted to build a community and run events - hello IGNITE! I still also keep my toe in the world of marketing, providing consultancy and training services, which I love! Over the years, I have created incredible businesses and a fabulous lifestyle, my mission is to help other women to enjoy that freedom too!

Alamiyah Educational Foundation

alamiyah educational foundation

Dagenham

The Alamiyah School stems from a project which began in 2005 with a determined group of home-schooling parents who were eager to create a positive learning environment for their children; one that would foster not only a love of knowledge but give the children a moral framework and nurture each child’s unique genius. The project was subsequently joined by a group of educational professionals and evolved into the Alamiyah Pre-school. We registered as an independent school (Alamiyah School) in 2017 allowing us to cater for school age pupils. The school now caters for pupils of age 3-11 years till the end of the primary age range. The Alamiyah School is inspired by the Prophetic Tradition and will use a curriculum infused with the prophetic stories, arts and sciences. The Montessori approach to early years is the framework upon which the school is based, thus creating an educational experience based on ancient wisdoms and modern discoveries. The Montessori approach creates an environment that offers each child the opportunity to express and develop their individuality and their innate need to learn. It is based on the natural laws of human development (fitra) confirmed by scientific advances and is therefore perfectly in line with a prophetic model for education. The curriculum is child centered, encourages independence and fosters empathy and compassion. The project is lead by an enthusiastic group of teachers trained in the Montessori approach, with many years experience with young children. Our teachers are professionals in their field and have a deeply rooted interest in education. Each of them has come to appreciate the importance of the early years learning in a child’s education and development.
