A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for a woman during her pregnancy. It can ease aches and pains, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for labour. This course, worth 14 CPD points, is designed for those who have already completed their basic pregnancy massage course but would like further knowledge to be able to offer a more in depth service.

This course is intended for anyone who has already undertaken basic body massage/sports massage training, and would like to develop their knowledge of common conditions affecting the hips, pelvis, groin and gluteal area, with self help measures that can be suggested to clients, or to introduce someone to some common injuries prior to undertaking a sports massage course.
