I have been actively engaged in self healing, therapies , yoga and related researches for the past ten years, to become an holistic therapist and yoga teacher.  Today my goal is to support others in their journey, through the help of different techniques according to their needs, while adapting my knowledge to suit and what I feel is the best for my clients. I discovered yoga in 2013 and practiced intensely with an amazing teacher from India in Kerala. I realised at that moment that yoga could offer a real balance to the mind, body and soul.  The pain in my body was gone, I felt emotionally balanced and happy.  I then decided to go to India to pass my 200Hours in the beautiful mountain of Himalaya. I lived six months in the yoga school assisting my teacher during classes and deepening my knowledge. Two years later, I travelled back to India in Rishikesh and studied my 300Hours teacher training while gaining considerable knowledge of Pranayamas and Kriyas. The knowledge I share today comes from India, the root of Yoga. Every class I teach, people will reconnect with themselves more and more, leading to the rebalance of their inner space, mind, body and soul. Yoga it is also a state of mind, along with the practice of pranayama & meditation it can become a way of living. This is what I can offer to every class & student for the betterment of themselves. My classes receive high praise as people find themselves connecting to their body and their breath. I offer an opportunity to really discover yoga and its benefits in day-to-day life. People tend to feel taller, more present, happier, more relaxed, more confident; the benefits are endless. I have a deep knowledge on pranayama, asanas and their benefits, meditation, yoga nidra, yoga philosophy, yin yoga, restorative yoga, ashtanga vinyasa yoga and looking forward to completing a training yoga for pregnancy soon. “Yoga is falling in Love with yourself again & again”   Qualifications: Teacher Training 200H In India( McLeod Ganj) Chinmay yoga certified by Yoga Alliance Teacher Training 300H In India Rishikesh certified by Yoga Alliance Vipassana in Thailand Chaing Mai Thai yoga massage in Thailand Chiang Mai Reiki level 1 & 2 in India McLeod Ganj Emotionnal Freedom Technique In India McLeod Ganj

Based in Reading (near M4 J12 ) I run a small well equipped workshop and hold classes for between 2-4 people at a time. This means you get plenty of individual attention, you won't have to wait long for any help you need and you will be surprised at the progress you can achieve in just one day. It is a fun day out I can guarantee you will find both satisfying and enjoyable. Art is food for the soul! Full & Half day workshops Take a look at the student gallery below to see some of the inspiring creations made at my workshops. Timings are 10am-4pm weekends and 9.30am-3.30pm weekdays and are priced at £100 per day or £50 for half day (mornings or afternoons, 3 hrs) with all materials and firings included. There is a set limit of glass allowance for workshops which allows me to keep the workshops at a very reasonable price..(extra glass can be purchased if you have time and wish to make more but I find the amount included in the price is usually enough anyway). 200sq cm for the half day= for example two 10x10cm coasters or one piece 12cm x 17cm of a tealight holder 400sq cm for the full day= four 10x10 coasters or a large free standing wave or a smaller wave + 2 x coaster size pieces ...basically, you can use your glass allowance how you wish. Work can be collected or delivered (cost of delivery is £10 per small parcel and £15 per large parcel) I also provide a variety of tea, coffee soft drinks and biscuits throughout the day.(included in the cost of the course) children taking part in half/full day workshops must be accompanied by a paying adult..9+ age is preferable but please let me know if your child is younger so we can discuss needs and suitability.

Thank you so much for your meditation course, which I found very interesting and made me want to find out more. It was clear, informative and could be aimed at any level. You supported us the whole time and as time went on I felt I could remain focused for longer. I put aside some time first thing in the morning to do the practice and it became a routine which I followed most days. Katie Thank you for holding space for all of us with your big big love wings ✨❤️ Andrea I think the biggest shift was being able to keep up with a regular meditation over a period of time and the meditation becoming part of my daily routine. It was good to get an understanding or hear the student teacher mantra. The format of the webinars worked well, I felt shy at first but then more confident to speak once I found my voice. T.S. It has been a fascinating journey, and one I am so glad to have taken with you as well as the other members of this sangha. I guess I saw it originally as a defence against the trials of the lockdown, but I quickly realised through the use of the myths, the wider discussions and the practice that this was a positive tool to challenge and overcome all the negative energy generated by the lockdown and, actually, beyond. I have found my time with you to be transforming. The positivity you generate and nurture through the yoga, the storytelling, this sangha is most welcome, and long may it continue. Keith I felt a shift in my sense of inner power and finding confidence to keep going be it every day challenges or bigger life changing challenges. Daily practice worked for me and I really liked the initial recording. To someone thinking about joining a similar programme with YogaBright, I would say “do it!”

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a close quarter Chinese fighting system first seen demonstrated in the West by movie star legend Bruce Lee. It was brought from China to Hong Kong in 1949 by Bruce Lee’s teacher, Grandmaster Ip Man (aka Yip man). Wing Chun was created by Shaolin nun, Ng Mui, in the 17th century and named after her first student, Yim Wing Chun. It has been passed on and developed by successive masters to become what it is today, a unique fighting system. It is characterised by using the most direct lines for attack and defence and combines explosive punches, elbows, palms, chops and mid to low section kicks. What is Kamon Wing Chun? Kamon Wing Chun was founded by Master Kevin Chan in 1992. Kamon Wing Chun is built on the solid roots of Ip Man Wing Chun and is firmly rooted in the complete classical Wing Chun system. It believes in the importance of heritage, preservation of the art, the philosophy and the deep rooted culture. However, Kamon’s philosophy incorporates progression and evolution of the art. Who is Kevin Chan? Kevin Chan is the Master of the Kamon Martial Arts Federation and a life member of the Yip Man Martial Arts Association. Kevin is UK born Chinese, he started HaKa style Kuen Mo in 1979 at 11 years old with his uncle in Hong Kong. Since then he has practised; Gung Lik Kune, Tong Long (Mantis), both Boxing and Thai Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ and he has been a Wing Chun practitioner since 1987. Kevin has trained under Steve Mair and Sam Kwok and with Ip Chun and Mark Hyland amongst others in Wing Chun. Kevin is recognised as a leading expert in international Wing Chun today.
