The TQUK LEVEL 2 Certificate in Understanding Children & Young People’s Mental Health (RQF) Qualification is to enable you to gain a recognised (RQF) qualification to support those with mental health difficulties. As a staffing member working with children and young people, you are responsible for the safeguarding of each person and as such having an understanding in supporting children and young people with difficulties in mental health.

This course explores why our energy system can become blocked and the impact those blocks have on our physical and mental health. We look at methods to clear those blocks and to be able to restore balance to the Aura and Chakra system. We explore in detail the intrinsic power of the Aura and Chakra systems and how they interact with the physical and emotional self.

This course is intended for anyone who is working in an environment with teenagers and children where sports or dealing with sports injuries are a factor. You will examine various common sports injuries that occur in pre-teen/teenage children and identify why theseinjuries happen and how they can be avoided, as well as understanding the impact of puberty on sports injuries. The course will enable you to offer massage treatments with more of a medical focus and offer preventive and rehabilitative self help measures.

This mental health course looks at some common issues that massage therapy clients may present with, and looks at the circumstances which may require altered techniques to ensure client safety.

This course is intended for anyone who has already undertaken a basic body massage course training and would like to develop their knowledge of the common conditions that affect women, potentially leading them to book a treatment, with self help measures that they can suggest to their clients
