Women face ongoing, multiple transitions as they navigate their intertwining family and professional worlds. I create a supported, safe space which allows women to devote the time and energy they need for themselves. In a supported space where my clients are given permission to be their true, imperfect, unique selves, free of judgement, blame and expectation. In this space my clients are more effectively able to plot the course to their own happiest life. In being able to truly connect with what we value most we are more able to be brave and be empowered to follow our own unique path to positive change. I have particularly enjoyed my recent work with the UK Armed Forces Spouses in a Personal Development programme I designed for them, as they are not only facing multiple transitions, but also have the added stresses which comes with having a serving spouse. Becoming a coach I hold both a Bachelor of Science Degree with honours (Monash University, Melbourne) and a Graduate Diploma of Environmental Management (Deakin University, Melbourne), I spent over a decade making a difference in the environmental sustainability field in both Australia and the UK. Empowering groups and individuals through facilitation, I made a natural transition to the coaching world, and undertook research into the impact of combining sound facilitation techniques with coaching. I use this very powerful combination to create bespoke group coaching and training programmes for my clients. These programmes alongside one to one coaching inspire my clients to reach their full potential in any direction they choose: career transition, creating space for their own wellbeing, focusing on family or pursuing lifelong goals. My depth of global experience across many sectors such as policy, strategic planning and on the ground action informs my already systemic way of thinking. Wide travels combined with expat experiences on three continents have nurtured my empathy and curiosity. I take every opportunity to be involved in projects that will make a real difference to people’s lives.

At Pinnacle, we’re on a mission to make YOU better. That’s what we do whether you’ve come to us for therapy for a problem you don’t understand yet, or for some of the smartest performance coaching and courses around. Either way, you’ll need your very own wellbeing solution, designed just for you. And that’s where we come in. We believe what we do should fit you, not the other way round. It’s why our unique combination of coaching, training and therapy lets us focus on the bigger picture of your potential, performance and wellbeing, in ways no-one else can. Pinnacle was founded in 2005 by Richard Reid as a high-end private therapy clinic based in Mayfair. Since that time, we have extended our range of psychological services into the realms of corporate training, coaching and consultancy. We are based in London and the Isle of Man but carry out consultancy work throughout Europe and the United States. We’re leaders in our fields who are passionate about the transformative power of what we do. We use our years of training to give you a toolkit of psychological skills so that you can be the best version of yourself. Whether we’re providing therapy to clients with serious conditions like PTSD, depression or anxiety, or coaching people who want to perform at their absolute peak at work, people come to us because they are making an investment in their long-term future. All our work is informed by our values of empowerment, trust and kindness, and all of it is underpinned by our down-to-earth approach that means that while we take what we do seriously, we take ourselves a lot less seriously. Our job, as we see it, is to create lasting behaviour change that transforms lives (and careers). We’re not just interested in what’s happening in your workplace, but also what’s happening in your head and your heart. When you’re ready, we’d love to talk to you about making you better.

Our mission is simple: use the very best ideas, people and practices to become a national leader in bringing opportunities for young people. Or, as we like to call it, Good Growth. We celebrate diversity in every sense, from neurodiversity to gender to race and stand to give everyone the tools they need to pursue their passions. Good Growth drives the work we do and is the value we share with all of the businesses we collaborate with. Our vision is to see east London’s young people thrive and businesses grow thanks to the work that we do together.  Situated right in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the space is part of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)’s plan to make sure businesses are tapping into local talent. The LLDC teamed up with A New Direction who run the Hub and bring this initiative to life for both young people and employers.  Young people can take advantage of the paid opportunities we publicise, the support we give for freelancers and start-ups, and industry connections we help foster through mentoring and networking, as well as sector specific careers advice and coaching. At the Good Growth Hub, all internship opportunities pay at least the London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour – but we strive for higher.  For businesses, the Good Growth Hub is an excellent resource to establish good working standards and to become more inclusive. Employers are able to both nurture and draw from a talent pipeline that’s eager to show what they can do. We’re always on the lookout for like-minded businesses to partner with us as mentors, speakers and advisors.  So, whether you’re a business, a young person or just someone who shares our passion for Good Growth, we’d love to have you involved.

World Ju Jitsu Federation Ireland teaches a mix of kicking, punching throws and locks. The system has evolved from a combination of old Ju Jitsu styles which the Federation’s Founder, Soke Robert Clark, researched and trained in for many years. He took the best of everything and developed it into a complete training syllabus with belt grades. With his permission, David Toney developed the system further writing three training manuals, the first of which Soke Clark wrote a glowing endorsement for. We feel, over the years, our style of ju-jitsu has developed into one of the most comprehensive self defence systems available. OUR EXPERIENCE As we have developed as an organisation, we have been proactive in targeting more females to join and coach, and now are proud to have a coaching team of both sexes with a top tier of Master Grade instructors. Senior Club Instructors have been vetted by Access NI, hold full professional training qualifications, and Public Indemnity insurance, and each club must have a qualified first aider on hand at all times. We are ahead in our field by ensuring our coaches are equipped to meet the needs of those with varying ability and disability and those with learning difficulties. All of our affiliated clubs are recognised by the Governing Body for the Sport in Northern Ireland, and as such follow their policies and procedures. WHERE WE ARE We have approximately 70 clubs throughout Ireland and are part of the WJJF-WJJKO 1976 which has member bodies in countries all over the world. We not only offer you an opportunity to train in one of our clubs, offer private lessons and self-defence courses, but we also have courses, seminars and social occasions throughout the year, along with opportunities to travel to our sister-organisations to train and visit other countries.

Your local driving school in Haslemere & Hindhead, Surrey and Hampshire Learning how to drive is one of the most exciting things you can do in life. And there’s nothing quite like the feeling you get when you pass your test. Of course, there’s also the satisfaction of being able to take someone else out for a drive. Here at L to P Driving School, our mission is to help you gain that freedom. We provide friendly, expert tuition and our unique approach means we focus on coaching, not just instructing. We always work at your pace and coach the way that works for you. Our driving lessons cover Haslemere, Hindhead, Churt, Dunsfold, Elstead, Chiddingfold, Milford, Farncombe, Godalming, Guildford, Liphook, Liss, so we’re sure to be your local school wherever you live. A Driving Instructor who understands you “I’m a dad, so I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to choose the right driving school and instructor. Especially someone who’s able to understand the needs of your son or daughter. I’ve got two grown-up kids of my own. And teaching my son how to drive proved the inspiration behind doing it professionally. Armed with this first-hand experience, I can provide all the reassurance you need as a parent and be there every step of the way as your child goes from learner to pass.”
