Carterton

Animal Wellness Center was founded in 1994 and Dr. Simmons purchased the practice in 2006. Animal Welllness Center is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Additionally, we offer boarding and grooming services to our clients. We are one of a few veterinary clinics, serving Royal Palm Beach and Wellington, FL that are independantly owned and operated. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialty referral practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. Our clinic includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas. At Animal Wellness Center we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy. One of the things that is unique about Dr. Simmons is his passion and commitment to his patients and clients. You may have heard stories from other clients about how he gets down on the floor to say hello and even to examine his patients. The stories are true. At Animal Wellness Center, we want for you and your pet to feel relaxed and comfortable. We know that coming to a medical office can be stressful, so we try to make your experience more enjoyable. Read our reviews and hear what other people have said about Animal Wellness Center & Dr. Simmons.
