MEL'S WORK -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Course Outline Mel takes a holistic approach over 4 full days of in-person process, taking students through the step by step process of creating, developing and delivering assured on screen performances using a physical approach to fuse the actor and the role. This allows you to find freedom and life in your screen performance, put to the test as you film throughout the course. Day 1 Mel will look at you, your unique life, your shining eyes on screen and see how you can use your energy within the specifics of the role – so that your work is alive and truthful. WHAT TYPE OF GROUP IS THIS? I provide healing to clients in a group, hosted in my studio in St Neots. These sessions were originally started in 2014, and ran for several years. I have decided to offer them again, as I feel that people need support in general. The healing rebalances the heart chakra, helps a person to feel grounded and safe, and releases tension and anxiety. These healing protocols are a small part of the full advanced frequency healing modality. Clients receive the healing seated, rather than laying flat on a couch.  This helps me to see the areas that require attention.  I have space for 4 clients in each session. This currently runs on a Sunday morning, starting at 11.00am and lasting approximately 60-90 minutes.  It is important that you wear comfortable clothing, in layers to allow for the change of temperature in my studio.  Please bring water to drink.  I have toilet facilities and parking is unrestricted along my street, though I do ask that you respect my neighbours by parking safely and keeping noise to a minimum. For you to join I will require your full name, date of birth and email.  This helps me to tune into your energy system and also send you any further information if necessary.  All your personal information is completely confidential and never shared without your permission. Day 2 -Tuesday | Time (UK) 10:30am – 1.00pm & 2:30pm – 5.15pm On day two you will continue on your real life stories and monologues. Continuing work on real stories/ monologues. Each actor will get individual time within the group. (all present can see but participant is filmed as solo performance to watch later.) Homework: Students to watch their work on playback. Day 3 -Wednesday | Time (UK) 10:30am – 1.00pm & 2:30pm – 5.30pm On day three you will complete your individual monologue.  Mel will also give you self-tape technical tips, elements toolbox and scenes read with partners. Homework: Studio watch their work on playback. Day 4 – Thursday | SELF WORK DAY – MEL NOT PRESENT Actors to film their monologues and send to Mel by 2pm latest!
