Online Format—Advanced Presentation Skills is a 4-hour interactive virtual class for up to six people. Register for this class and you will be sent ONLINE login instructions prior to the class date. The Diversity Sensitivity & Awareness workshop was excellent. It provided a unique approach to addressing the topic. The session was interactive, interesting and very informative, leaving participants with a greater understanding of the merits of diversity and an inspiration to continue to broaden that knowledge base. Always wanted to have a go at mosaic making? This might be the class for you! What to expect A brief introduction and demonstration on mosaic making using the Direct Method. Included will be how to use tile nippers, how to create shapes and an explanation of various andamento styles and how to grout. Please note that grouting will not be done in this class however you will receive a grout bag to take home with full instructions (including a video for reference). Who is this for? Suitable for beginners, however, those with some mosaic experience are also welcome to join. Who Should Attend Those working towards their King's Badge (16 to 18 years old). Course Description Young people are required to participate in a practical course focusing on developing new and existing skills for work towards the King's Badge. The course is designed to help prepare and support the young person in an element of their King's Badge programme. Participants take part in problem solving, games and group activities. (Other courses are available through local Battalions). The cost is £9 per participant, you can pay by card while booking or select cash and we will invoice on receipt of entries. The venue for each of these courses is Battalion HQ.
