Create a three course fine dining style menu for 2 people in this 4 hour class, tutored in a fun, relaxed, informal space.

Jenny takes you by the hand and leads you step by step through each recipe in the menu, guiding you through what to make first and what to leave to the last minute.

With lots of hints, tips and techniques for up market results, taste and presentation to change the way you cook and present food going forward.
