  • I experience bad anxiety and I decided to try meditation to help me with that. I did the 8 week course with Angela and it was fantastic! Angela is very passionate about the importance of Mindfulness, and she teaches you not just how to meditate, but also the science behind it. I found it very interesting, but most importantly it had helped me to learn how to deal with the anxiety when it shows up. I highly recommend Cotswold Meditation and Mindfulness.
