My name is Sandra and I teach Sivanada Yoga. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners through to the more advanced. I ensure all my classes are adapted to suit individual needs. I also offer an array of treatments including sound healing with planet gongs and Tibetan/crystal bowls in my studio, and in larger premises throughout the year. In addition, I am able to offer one to one yoga sessions tailored to your specific needs.
