Very detailed assessment and treatment started to work straight away. I had the targeted massage session after the consultation, which really helped too. Adrian was clear with me that I would have to continue my rehabilitation at home and supplied me with exercises. He sent me progression exercises to try and checked in on how I was doing often. This was really encouraging and motivating. I hope he is able to reopen as soon as possible.

Adrian is fantastic. He resolved my shoulder issues within a handful of sessions (problem I went in for) and improved my posture, mobility and core strength as part of the process as well. Outstanding. I see him for regular checkups now every 6-8 weeks to stay on top shape.

Adrian is very good at what he is doing. I had 2 sessions with Adrian. He helped me a lot about my Achilles pain. He also showed me some exercises to improve the areas, and send it to me by email after. He really spent a lot of time with me in each session. I highly recommend Adrian for anyone whether first time or had before. I will definitely see him again.
