Great experience while holidaying in Cornwall. We originally booked the 90 min tour in Newquay. We had a phone call the day prior informing us the weather was due to be rough on the west cost so the team gave us a few options one being complete the tour on the south coast. Horrible staff who got angry at us when we made little mistakes. We explained we have never done jet skiing before but they kept getting aggressive and shouting at us. One instructor a blonde big bearded male had even pulled my mate off the jet ski so hard he actually hit his head and passed out in the ocean.

We booked for speedboat , it’s fun and crazy 🤣🤣 then we booked again for ultimate jet ski which was so incredibly, so much fun and fantastic 👍👍 Our instructor was very professional and helpful and friendly. The wetsuit was new and clean. All staffs on ground really friendly and helpful as well.

First time to do jet ski, enjoyed it and even saw a delphine trying to catch up with us and play. Amazing team, explained everything very clear and helped with everything. Would definitely do it again!

Really enjoyed the trip, instructor was professional but at the same time made it very enjoyable, booked the 1.5hr trip and felt like 3 hours didnt want it to end made the perfect birthday present, ski was awesome made me want one! So yeah thanks will book when i return next year as i enjoyed it that much.
