Cornwall shotokan karate is an awesome club, not too big, focused on old fashioned traditional karateka. This club has helped me so much both mentally and physically. Im amazed to see how far I've come and the progress ive made since I first started. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn traditional karate.
