Amazing guys and top level service. After 3 years of knee pain due to an injury, Sam gave me so much insight and reassurance into fixing this. After just a few sessions the pain level dropped and following our regular sessions my knee is now fixed. These guys are great and really know their stuff. Couldn't rate any more highly!
Best sports and conditioning for my son. He has excelled in his current sports he is involved in and became a more confident individual. Couldn't recommend Cornwall High Performance anymore.
