Cornwall Athletic Club

Great club based at the 400m track next to the Carn Brea leisure centre. The coaches here are brilliant and have got you covered whatever your event. Main training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6pm and there is also the Cornwall Athletic Academy on a Saturday for youngsters where they get to try lots of different events and have a fun time, this starts at 10.30am. Good track. Used early in the morning & staff aloud me to use whilst setting up for sports day which was nice. Costs £5.50

A good Athletics club with all ages & abilities welcome. The coaches are always available to help tweak, nudge & guide the athletes in their individual positions to improve their performances in different events. A great way for anyone to find a new sport or just to improve their overall health & fitness.
