In short, Core Wellness has been a life changing experience. Working a sedentary life and never exercising, I knew I need a major change for both my physical and mental health. I've been a patient at the Core Wellness centre for several years. Initially due to back pain and the chiropractic adjustment really helped in reducing the pain.
