  • Completed the 6 week program with Chris and has completely restarted my fitness love! Lost 20lb in 6 weeks and managed to stay on track with 3 group hiit classes a week, so nothing too drastic like some personal trainers want - took it back to basics really. The classes are fun and go very quickly, with a motivated bunch every session. Thank you!
