A first class golf course and very helpful professionals. I grew up playing here, taught by my grandfather. Recently the pros Ed and Neil very helpfully managed to source a CHGC pin flag which takes pride of place on my office wall.
Fantastic course, considering how much rain we’ve had the greens were immaculate, very true & ran really well. Will return in the summer to play at its full glory!
It was a good day the facilities were A class, the staff could not have been more helpful if they had tried. The course was a fair test of golf and even the weather stayed fine till we finished.
Excellent course with quality greens that are very well protected by many bunkers. We visited for the first time in late August and were made very welcome in the Professional shop with everything explained in detail. Followed up with some lovely food & beers in the 19th, again served by very friendly and helpful staff .. Highly recommended Golf Club, we will be returning .
Wow what a brilliant golf course even at this time if year. The clubhouse is very welcoming and I would rate the course better than Hollinwell in Nottingham. Not cheap but what price for quality
