Contender Gym

My son Leo had a really good time on his 1st time. Leo’s needed something like this as he can be shy and needs a confidence boost. Trainers were great, and Leo is now a member. Thank you. X

Great gym, coaches were great and have kids discipline when needed, there was a few taster kids and I found it great that one coach spent their time with them to show them a few things unfortunately my son didn’t want to go but for no reason but will keep them in mind for future Thankyou

Excellent gym. My 2 little boys have really enjoyed kick boxing lessons here. Their self confidence and fitness have thrived. The staff are kind and friendly. The venue is clean and tidy, smart and well equipped.

My 8 year old daughter has been training here since the beginning of 2022 and she has loved every session so far! She has a knee condition which the trainers work with her on and take into consideration in her training. I think the "star of the class" and "star of the month" is a great touch and gives the children something to try harder for in every sessions! Could not recommend Contender Gym enough!! 5*+
