Michael is very professional and reliable. I've learned a lot from him over the years. His gym in Larne is well-equipped and caters for all ages, learning styles and ranges of experience, with kids and adult classes running several times a week. If you are looking to give Krav Maga or Tactical Edge a try, I recommend CCDS.

Not offten I give a 5 star review, but Mike’s Krav Maga classes at CCDS really do deserve it. I’m enjoying his adult classes to the point I’ve signed my kids up to CCDS’s kids classes.
