I feel i need to speak out about the awful experience i had working with Consultus a few years ago. Initially i was not paired well with my consultant - she didn't get me at all, and i found her rather condescending and not at all supportive. I had a nasty situation with a client i went to, where i sustained a bad burn injury, and did not receive any support or assistance with Consultus. I am self employed carer with consultuscare. I have been with them since July 2020. What I like about being registered with consultants they are very professional and sort things. I sent CV, I had a phone call from the lovely stephanie with in 24 hours, face time in the next 24 hours. I sent certificates ID, they organized training online. Professional agency with high standards. I am an experienced Live-in Carer and moved to this agency 6 months ago. The interview process was thorough and informative and I really felt like they were listening to my needs. Training was excellent and started work almost straight after. My Care Consultant always keeps in touch with me and I like the fact they can book me well in advance around my schedule. Pay rates are good and I have some really lovely regular clients. I have been working for Consultus for 2years+ i find i have never had a problem. The care consultants are amazing! And i have so many wonderful clients. If ive ever had a problem my consultant has always been there just a phonecall away to help me :-)
