  • First time when i contacted them i ask them i want nvq card,they request me a skill certificate,i email them a copy of what skill is and they ask me to pay for the 45 screen questions test. I pay for the course and for the card ,after i passed the test they said i need 1day course heath and safety,i done it in different place at half price wich they ask. When i send them the copy of this course they said is regonised by them this course. Realy? This courses are not regulated by uk authority? ...

  • The worst experience ever!!! They will call you and push you to pay for the course straight away which is overpriced. They don’t provide full address before booking. Once you book you can’t change the date or place when is less then month before the course. They don’t give you refund under any circumstances. Costumer support doesn’t exist! If you send email about your problem you never get reply. If you call and you try to complain they will tell you that the manager will call you back which ...

  • Absolutely outstanding course. Although we had to medically assist a middle aged man and provide basic first aid skills as he had a seizure we pulled through it, he was fine and we all had a good day. Very impressed with amount of support. Many thanks

  • My partner has recently done his health and safety course, the lecturer was brilliant, couldn’t fault him but the service from the company was awful. After going to the campus stated we were sent to a different one 15 minutes away to then be sent to the original place we were told to go in the confirmation email. No one had any information or seemed to know what was going on which resulted in him being an hour late. Over all once he had finally found where he was supposed to be the course was...
