I really enjoyed the session "Using Digital Media Effectively for Government Communication" by Andy. It opened my eyes completely to how I could use social media to get my messages across in a professional and effective manner. I also welcomed the information on AI and the ChatGPT. I would recommend others interesting in improving their social media skills to participate in the session.

I participated in a workshop on "Using Digital Media Effectively for Government Communication" led by Andy Black. Not only was the session a great refresher in some areas, but it also provided practical solutions for improving social media engagement, understanding the algorithms of various platforms, and incorporating AI to enhance productivity.
