The IT equipment is very old, we were all using Excel 2010 which is outdated. My screen kept buzzing, when I asked if I could use another computer, then I was told "No!, just ignore it". Very frustrating day, the room was very stuffy and the tutor had no charisma, making the subject very boring, by the end of the afternoon I wanted to give up and just go home. This course is OK, but just not great.
