A thorough but easy to follow one day first aid course made extremely enjoyable by our trainer Jaime. All information given to us during the day was broken down into concise, manageable sections that were fun to partake in whether it was the first aid newbies or those that were doing it for the 3rd or 4th time. Thank you to all those that help to arrange the day.

Brilliant bespoke training course that was tailored to meet our specific needs. Chose to do a live interactive course over zoom to fit around our work committments and it was excellent, lots of opportunity to do group activities and ask questions. So much better than just doing an automated online course and trainer really worked hard to ensure we understood the subject matter and made it relevant to our work. Definitely recommend

Really well delivered Emergency at work first aid course, I have been on lots of these courses over the years but it was my colleagues first time, Silvana made sure to find out what our levels of training were and any experience we had had of implementing first aid over the years. Completed the FAA Level 2 award in First Aid for Mental Health. Excellent course. A lot more information than I was expecting and delivered at a great pace and plenty of time to ask questions and really understand the content.
