He has been incredibly patient, understanding, welcoming and encouraging from the first time I visited.   • I have been working with Steve at CLF for 2 months now, and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He genuinely cares about helping me work towards my goals, and had made me feel relaxed and comfortable as someone who is new to the gym. When I started I had never used personal training before, had never lifted weights and had a number of injuries I hadn’t recovered from despite previous physiotherapy.
