  • I've trained with Ben for quite a few years now having previously attended his classes (& continued to do so) Ben truly cares about his programmes & clients and that makes a huge difference. He also makes training specific effective & most of all fun ! I couldn't recommend him highly enough ! He's a great trainer & now a great friend !

  • After years of stopping and starting different gyms and exercise classes I can honestly say that getting in contact with Complete Fitness studios has been really good for me. I have been training with Ben for over 2 years now and can see real results.... he is professional, keeps me motivated and makes me feel I can achieve more! I have one to one sessions with Ben, but also really enjoy the small group training sessions with the girls, we are competitive! but in a good way.
