After my laptop crashed I needed my emails and photo's recovered. On enquiring around Russell gave me the best advice and even helped me chose the right replacement laptop for my needs, so off to Currys I went and came back with my new laptop in hand. He recovered all my precious photo's and emails, then set up my new laptop with everything working 100%. He is professional, knowledgeable and affordable.
