Great instructor, very useful training

I and my friends regularly hire and train in the agility arena and paddock. Flipping fantastic service and improving all the time.! They've just added a cover over the walkway so watchers can shelter. Appalling customer service. I'm a canine behaviourist and dog trainer and have been using Company of Animals training products for many years. Sometimes I receive faulty items and return them for replacements. On this occasion I received a rude and insulting letter saying they had tested the returned products and they were all working fine, insinuating I was lying. I am extremely busy person, why on Earth would I waste valuable time writing a letter, packaging the items, going to a Post Offic...

Sells quality dog products Halti is a harness and training lead purchased which is very reassuring to use for safety and I've invested in a car harness also!

I had an issue with one of their products so I contacted them to resolve it. They were really helpful and sent me a replacement. I had a chat with Andrew at their offices who I must say was very helpful. A great company, thanks for all your help.
