Recently joined and everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Gabs and the team change up the sessions all the time so it's always fresh and different, you'll definitely feel the results! Amazing group of people, they've built a wonderful community around exercise!

Such a lovely bunch of people. The quality of training is brilliant. Every workout is different, keeping it fun and diverse. Real encouragement from CB members and coaches to keep on pushing, no matter what level you are - all whilst having a really good giggle along the way 🤘🏼😉

It took me awhile of following the page before I had the confidence to go, and I’m so glad I did! I had no reason to worry! Gabs, the team and the bootcamp members are so friendly and welcoming. It’s so good to always be doing something different and to be challenged physically at my own pace whilst also meeting so many new amazing people.

I love GB Colchester Bootcamp!! It is suitable for all levels of fitness. I recently joined and must admit thought I would hate it because I am not a natural. But every session is different and I am finally finding fitness fun! The instructor Gabs is excellent and all of the members are very supportive and encouraging which always helps to spur me on. I even find my competitive side coming out, which results in me working harder. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed fitness as much as GB C...

Best outdoor Bootcamp I’ve been to! Everyone who attends is so warm and welcoming and motivate each other!! Gabs is an amazing instructor who will motivate you and push you to be greater and better! Since going bootcamp I’ve started to believe in myself and have started to feel so so confident in myself! I’ve also recommended for all my friends and family to go and would recommend everyone to go! Great atmosphere and great instructor!
