We are a health psychology consultancy offering consultancy, one-to-one therapy, teaching and training, and research. We have over 25 years of combined experience working in the NHS in long-term health conditions, such as, chronic pain, cancer and rare genetic conditions (cystic fibrosis and Silver-Russell syndrome) as well as health behaviour change (weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, reducing alcohol consumption).
