Terrible customer service, tell lies and overall terrible! My mum has a pension with you and you have told her in July, August and September 2018 that she could do a draw down on her pension (in writing) now you are going back on your word and saying she can’t ?! Any advise to anyone is to go somewhere else, don’t get treated like mug by these people. No accountability or assistance whatever.

Omg I can't believe this company has been authorised to administer Personal Pensions. I have lost count of the number of times I have been fed incorrect information, not been informed of things I should have and how poorly things have been managed. Do yourself a favour and invest your money with a competent well run company that trains it's staff STAY CLEAR OF AEGON.

I know what I want to do with my pension but your call handlers make it so hard i had to hang up in the end. Decision made, leave Aegon as soon as possible. 😣

By having telephone staff who do not raise their voices and talk down at you. Any empathy at all would be good. Not being awkward and delaying supplying information legitimately requested. Realising that by sending change of address confirmation old and new addresses then when telephoned saying it's not the address registered there is a problem at YOUR end. I could go on but being a cynic based on the way you have dealt with me you really don't care as you already have my money..................
