I just spent my Sunday on the Tempering Workshop and I had the most amazing time. Very hands on, great guidance and a focus on technical details which I would not have known were it not for the class. I'll definitely be coming back for more courses, worth every penny.
Got a bread baking course for my birthday and went along with my daughter and sister. It was a fantastic experience. Picked up loads of tips and brought back some amazing bread. We all had a great time. Brilliant birthday present. Thank you
