Cobtree Manor Park Golf Course

Coming from Essex this might be regarded by some as a slap for a game of golf , but to us it is worth it . It’s always well maintained and very pretty along the way . The clubhouse has a nice cosy feeling to it and prices are fair for both the golf and the after game tipple . We’ll worth a knock in my opinion

After starting golf in 2023 I’ve tried a couple of places. I’ve settled at Cobtree Manor golf course. It is a great place to learn the game. It seems everyone is welcome and without a pretentious atmosphere! Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned golfer I’m sure this course can deliver. I’ve learnt the team have put in immense work over the last couple of years to improve the course layout and drainage. Been as a visitor a few times, nice cosy clubhouse and beautiful views over the course, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Ample parking.

Good course and in good condition including greens. The facilities aren't great - bo driving range only 2 smash nets and a putting green. Unfortunately took us nearly 6 hours! No Marshalls speeding up play but was stuck behind a very slow society and they had buggies. Feel there should be a bigger gap between tee offs. Was waiting about 5-10 minutes on all holes to play. Would definitely play again though

First time playing this course yesterday. Easy to find, easy to park, well presented premises with very friendly staff. Food smelt great, will try that next time The Golf course itself is very well maintained, lovely fairways, greens immaculate, great views across Kent Countryside. Only 2 things I found and it's me being very picky is, not enough good quality sand in most of the bunkers and the rough could be stepped another level, goes from lovely fairway to 3 inch of deep rough, not only wo...
