Visited today 15/02/23 for the 2 hour Pasties & Scones short course. 6 in the teaching group of which myself my wife and teenage son contributed 3 of. After introductions we were provided with an overview of the plan for the session plus domestics. The sequence of how each ingredient should be added and in what portion was well explained even for novices such as ourselves. Brilliant few hours learning how to make pasta. Ian explained everything in just the right amount of detail and we had plenty of hands on time. Highly recommended.

My family and I went for a short course this morning where we were taught how to make traditional Cornish pasties and scones. It was just the four of us which meant it was a great, immersive experience and we learnt so much! I would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area as he offers a huge range of cooking courses from baking scones to cooking fresh fish that has been caught locally. We will 100% be coming back for a second visit!
