  • I’ve been working with Tim for a while, he is a great personal trainer. My aims are to get fitter, stronger and improve my physique. My squat have gone from 70 to new PB yesterday of 125 and bench moving from 65 to 100. We do many different exercises and I get pushed much harder than if I just trained on my own. Really enjoy the sessions and it is making a big difference!!

  • Tim gets results. I have a desk based job and my posture really needed improving, after 12 weeks I saw a huge improvement. Not only did this remove the pain I felt in my lower back but it also helped with my confidence. I've seen improvement in my target areas, including my legs, abs and arms.
