  • Zack is an excellent personal trainer. He has a wide scope of knowledge about nutrition and exercise and provides his clients with guides on these. He is always available to message for advice which he explains thoroughly. He cares a lot about his clients but he also likes to help and support anyone and everyone who requires guidance in fitness.   • I’ve been training with Zack now for around a month and it’s been brilliant. Zack’s provided me a sustainable structure which includes targeted gym work and advice around nutrition and eating. This means that all I need to think about in the gym is the exercises given to me and food wise I can still enjoy some of the good stuff as long as we’re balancing things throughout the week. I’d recommend for anyone who’s main issue with fitness is a lack of structure and time like me! Cheers Zack!

  • I had PT sessions with Zack for a few months and they were fantastic. He crafted a programme for me which was just right - a good level of challenge while still being fun and motivating. And he gave me great advice on other aspects of my fitness too (like my diet, running and when to rest). I was very happy with the results. Plus Zack is a super nice guy. Would definitely recommend!

He’s been able to help create plans to match my hectic work schedule to ensure that my fitness targets are challenging yet achievable. To top it all off, he’s also a really nice guy!
