  • After having my second baby, I wanted to work with a PT that had specific knowledge on safe post-partum training, and I cannot recommend Ian enough. He knows his stuff inside out, is incredibly motivating, creates interesting and challenging programmes that I'd never think to put together myself, and is generally a great person to be around.
