  • I love training with Mody! His classes are excellent and really good fun. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides a clear explanation for each exercise. He guides you clearly and he pushes you hard but he is always encouraging and patient. I've been training with him about 7 weeks now and I feel so much stronger, fitter and healthier. He is very professional, he cares about the correct technique as well as a good atmosphere during the training. He approaches the client in a very individual way and never doubts you. I never liked weight training before but Mody managed to make it enjoyable for me and gradually build up my weak arm muscles by increasing the weights at just the right speed for me and making sure my posture and technique were correct. He is very knowledgeable in the subject of nutrition and happy to share his knowledge and tailored nutrition ideas.
