  • I've recently finished 20 sessions with Kristaps and I've never been in better shape my entire life. He made sure to teach me the correct techniques for all exercises covered so I could go away and keep training. He's incredibly motivating during the sessions and pushed me through the blocks when I would have given up training alone. I'm more confident with my own ability now and cannot wait to keep training.
