Went kayaking and paddle boarding here and thoroughly enjoyed it on a lovely sunny hot day.

1st time on a paddleboard Had 2 hour session all went well Very friendly and informative Certainly will go back

Water sports club on the Clywedog Reservoir in the heart of Mid Wales. Sailing, paddle boarding and canoeing as well as fishing taking place during my visit. Clubhouse with basic facilities. I understand that Family membership is only £100 per year - a bargain.

Beautiful location, stunning backdrops and dramatic vistas. The sailing club has excellent facilities, an open and friendly welcome for visitors and the facilitation for various water sports including kayaking, canoeing, katamarans and general sailboats.Swimming allowed under supervision and stringent safety guidelines in place for all activities.Clywedog Sailing Club is inclusive , and provides memorable experiences across all age groups and abilities. First time sailing with them a few weeks ago, found them to be extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Keith. Helped winch the boat in and out of the water, really couldn't have done it without them, then kept an eye on us whilst in the water, giving helpful tips. If you want a short day sailing with some great scenery and, at times, challenging winds this is the place for you.
