  • Worst service ever, whoever's is in charge of the pitch lights needs a serious check in. Treated us like dirt, victim blamed us and guilt tripped us for an honest mistake, being late to a block booking after being 3 year customers. God complex must be his middle name.

  • I go here last night and come home very upset! I am disappointed! We have to find other place for play football that evening due to cheek of customer service! They tell representative " I HAVE FINGER ON THE BUTTON!" The cheek! How he have finger on button and tell us, and not do anything... I am disappointed to say the least.   • As stated below, we have been playing at club des sport for years with the same booking on wednesdays with FC Urban. The director said he had not received any email to say the booking needs updating therefore was unaware it needed paying. & All it would have taken would have been a simple visit to pitch to let us know its run out and if we can get it sorted for the next session/after the session as 10 of us were there waiting to play, instead our host called reception to be greeted by a power...

  • Me and my friends have been visiting this court for the last 3 years and have paid each month for block booking and really enjoyed our time until the man in charge was an absolute cringe meister and refused to let us on pitch due to a delayed payment, despite us being loyal customers for the past 3 years. He proceeded to gaslight us and refuse any sort of cooperation or compromise and left us with a sour taste. He really needs to grow up and stop being such a cringe man. We're all adults, and...

  • Park here in their darkened car park to pick up your child from a late evening event and you may fined £100. I think that's an extremely poor policy.
